Brief job history:

I joined CBS Interactive (formerly CNET Networks UK) in 1998 and my initial responsibility was business development across Europe before I moved to head up product development for the UK business - focusing on the B2B portfolio. In 2005 I was asked to head up the consumer division of CNET Networks UK and I launched CNET UK and GameSpot UK.

Prior to working for CNET Networks UK, I was based in San Francisco and worked for IDG leading the development of their online advertising network spanning 240+ web sites worldwide.

Best decision:

Moving from print to online publishing in 1996

Worst decision:

Arriving in Ecuador with no money, no Spanish, no idea of where I was going and no plan. Adventure travel at its best...
