Brief job history

I am responsible for the Human Resources team; creating, building and executing on people strategies to attract, motivate, grow and retain top talent at CBS Interactive. I also look after the Facilities function to ensure our environment aligns to our culture and allows employees to thrive at what they do.

Previously, I spent five years at Landor Associates, a branding and design consultancy within the WPP Group, where I progressed to HR Manager and also gained my Masters in Human Resource Management (CIPD qualification).

Best decision

Taking 18 months out to travel across the world with my sister.

Worst decision

Not investing in property early on in my career, but spending my well-earned cash down the pub, although thoroughly enjoyable.
